How do I book a service?
You can call/text us, or send an email. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I meet the pet sitter or dog walker beforehand?
Absolutely!

We offer a free meet-and-greet consultation to get to know you and your pet before the first visit.

How long are your dog walks?

Overnight bookings may require more notice.

What if my pet gets sick or injured while I’m away?
We will contact you immediately. If necessary, we’ll take your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency clinic.  Please note that we are not qualified veterinarians.

Do pets need to be vaccinated and wormed?
Yes, dogs and cats must be up to date on core vaccinations and worming medication for safety. Please provide medical records if your dog intends to stay at our home based property.
