I’m Elen – the proud owner of Waggin Tails and a passionate animal lover with years of experience caring for pets, especially dogs. I hold a Certificate in Animal Care, which I completed in 2007, and have dedicated my career to ensuring animals are happy, healthy, and well looked after.
